Bristol and West mortgages

Bristol and West mortgages closed to new business in January 2009, and changed to Bank of Ireland Mortgages in September 2009. Customers with a Bristol and West mortgage have now been moved over to Bank of Ireland and receive Bank of Ireland paperwork in relation to their mortgages, but the terms and conditions of their mortgage deals have not changed.

Bank of Ireland offers a small range of options to existing mortgage customers, who can borrow more on top of their current mortgage amount, sign up for a new mortgage rate or get a new deal on moving home.

Bristol and West Mortgages has been part of the Bank of Ireland Group since 1997. Bank of Ireland is authorised by the Irish Financial Regulator, and subject to limited regulation by the FSA.
