I have an Apple Mac Computer with Safari as my browser. I would like to do on-line banking. When oh when am I going to be able to see my account on line? - Jan 13 2010 10:30PM

Website poor and will only show up to 30 transactions both on the day to day account and on the on-line statement. This is bad if you are out of the country for months as I was. Customer service not good and thae also failed to reply to 4 email messages. The telephones were often busy and it took some time to connect. Mess up with Direct debit set up meant that my payment was not made by my bank even though I had been assured the the Direct Debit was in place. The exchange rates are good and it does save a lot.Whether its worth the hassle is debatable. I was shown someone else's statement in error on one occasion which is worrying. Still using the card as I spend some time outside Europe - Sep 7 2009 6:16PM

Have tried several times to apply for Post Office credit card online and it does not allow me to enter the box to fill in my bank name details so I cannot proceed further. I have also tried select bank name button but this does not work either - Jun 3 2009 3:45PM
