What is a news feed?

A newsfeed provides the latest articles from a web-site, you can then pull the feed into a "news reader" where you can read the title and description of the latest articles in the feed.

Thousands of web-sites now offer a newsfeeds, therefore you can pull newsfeeds from your favourite web-sites into your own news reader. For example, you could pull the latest headlines from your five favourite web-sites onto your personalised google home page
