The Post Office (www.postoffice.co.uk) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Royal Mail Group Plc.
Through a network of approximately 12,500 Post Office branches, it sells around 170 products and services, and the majority of transactions are for banking, leisure and postal services. It is the biggest provider of foreign currency in the UK, and sells over a million travel insurance policies a year.
