What does Capital One credit cards offer:

With both Capital One credit cards, cardholders can choose from a range of eight designs and will benefit from identity theft assistance. Neither card charges an annual fee.

The Capital One Classic card offers credit to those with defaults or no credit history. As long as you use the card within the first three months, but stay within your credit limit and pay your bills on time, you will gradually build up a good rating. Cardholders start with a low credit limit but, if you obey the rules, this limit will be increased when you receive your fourth statement.
